This approach helps you find meaning and purpose in your experience. 

Mindfulness

Practicing mindfulness helps you stay present, reducing anxiety and allowing you to focus on what you can control, creating a foundation for calm and clarity during treatment.

How Telehealth Works

1.

Telehealth is Available in Wyoming and Minnesota

At this time, I am licensed in both Wyoming and Minnesota. Due to state and board regulations, clients must be physically located in either Wyoming or Minnesota at the time of service. This ensures I follow state laws and provide the highest possible standard of professional care.

Initial Consultation

At Cedar Brooke Counseling we offer the ability to have a one-on-one, 15 minute free phone call to discuss therapeutic processes and have your questions answered so you can find the best fit for you.

Secure Session Setup

Once you decide it feels like a good fit you will be redirected to our HIPAA compliant electronic health care record, Simple Practice to register, schedule, and complete your paperwork in a private and calm online space for your remote therapy. Here, you will complete intake paperwork including HIPAA, Late Cancellation Policy, and demographic information about you which asks about who you are, the symptoms you are experiencing, and cancer diagnosis specific questions.

Scheduling Your Intake Appointment

Choose a time that works best for you through our online scheduling in Simple Practice. Life gets busy, forgetting appointments when you have so many is stressful and at Cedar Brooke Counseling we want to help make your appointment with us as stress free as possible. We offer options (email, phone, or text) to communicate a confirmation before your first session to ensure everything is ready for a smooth start to your journey.

5.

Therapeutic Dialogue

Throughout the counseling process, we encourage folks to be able to communicate securely through the portal and to adjust goals in therapy as needed to meet you where you are. Whether it is a tough week, month, or year, we are here to listen.

Follow-Up & Support

Additional recommendations and resources are always available upon request to the best of our ability.
